Dolby 12” Dual Core RED FADE Electronic Silicone SNARE for Roland Drum

The Hybrid Snare: Tradition on Top, Innovation Underneath.

On the surface, it's everything a pro drummer expects: a classic half-shell aesthetic, a high-tension 3-ply mesh head, and a 7-sensor array (6 head + 1 rim) for unparalleled sensitivity.

By all appearances, this is a premium, stage-ready drum. However, the underside houses a hidden breakthrough: a low-profile silicone playing surface with an independent 4-sensor array (3 head + 1 rim).

Why the Dual-Core?

• The Ultimate Practice Tool: Sometimes you want the quiet, high-rebound feel of a practice pad without swapping gear. Just flip the snare for a dedicated “workout mode" that still triggers your module.

• An Auxiliary Percussion Hub: Map the silicone side to a completely different sound — like a cowbell, clap to instantly transform your snare into a secondary effect pad.
• Value, Zero Clutter: It's a 2-in-1 solution that preserves the traditional look of your kit while giving you a specialized surface for high-speed technical work that mesh can't always replicate.
