Elevate your kick drum with this Built in bass drum riser. This for DIY Kick drums that need to be raised to achieve the correct beater striking position. Generally recommended for drums 18” and smaller.
NOTE** requires that you drill a 7/8” hole (~22mm) in the bottom of your shell in addition to the 4 mounting holes. The space Inside your drum should be empty to allow the shaft to move higher or lower. ** then shaft is hollow if you want to cut it.
NOTE: ** when installing confirm the position allows the beater rod to strike the drum without making contact with the lower part of your hoop. Last pictures shows one installed.
